Shipping Times

Each product pages specifies a shipping timeline. Our products are either:

- On Hand (ships within 1 week from order)

- In Transit to Our Office (ships within 2 weeks from order)

- In Production (ships within ~3 weeks from order). 

- Preorder (ships within time frame noted on product page). 

LIMITED STOCK MAY BE ON HAND FOR 2+ WEEK DELIVERY PRODUCTS. SUCH STOCK WOULD SHIP WITHIN 1 WEEK. 

Shipping takes 2-5 days to reach our customers once fulfilled. The entire order will be delivered according to the timeline of the product w/ the longest indicated fulfillment. Orders delayed for more than 10 business days are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price upon customer request. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Order

All items that arrive damaged or defective (or incorrect items) are eligible for a cost-free exchange for the original product. Photo evidence is required and a claim must be emailed to us within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Size Exchanges

We currently do not offer size exchanges, as it is costly and disruptive to our inventory organization. We provide detailed size charts in the footer of our website and when possible, include model height/weight notes in our product descriptions so that customers can make informed decisions. 

Lost Package

Tracking information must support any lost package claims (the USPS status must not be “Delivered”). A refund will be issued if the package cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe. 

Royal Threads does not cover packages that may be lost or stolen if the tracking number has confirmed successful delivery.

Additionally, as a small business, we are unable to take responsibility for customer loss if they input the wrong shipping address. 

Final Sale

ALL orders are to be considered FINAL SALE. The previously noted refunds/exchanges are only provided for unusual circumstances mentioned above. 

Additional Notes

Due to digital mockup limitations and various screen displays, colors may not be 100% exact, but they are extremely close. Slight color variations and minor graphic inconsistencies between our products and customers' screens are NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTS.
